Only log what you paid yourself. Hotel, rental car, fuel — anything on the
government card — goes straight to DTS and gets reimbursed in full, so it does not
belong here and would only make this number look wrong.
M&IE is a flat allowance: you are paid it whether or not you keep meal receipts.
This page exists purely to tell you whether you are coming out ahead.
DTS computes the official figure; this does not.
