Pins are coloured by what you decided. Food pins use the review bands.
Distances are driving, from the Hilton garage (Grzybowska) and from Work.
Good estimates, not live traffic. Sunset is 18:40 on the 26th and 18:20 by the 3rd —
country roads here are unlit and have deer, so anything on back roads is a daylight plan.
Monday and Tuesday are the dead days, and different museums close on each, so check the card.
⚠️ Sunday morning the Warsaw Marathon closes the city centre — start and finish at the
Palace of Culture. Parking in town is free evenings and all weekend; the paid zone runs
Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00 only. In the centre the car is a liability anyway — Rondo Daszyńskiego metro
is 300 m from the hotel and puts most of this within fifteen minutes.
⏳ Four things expire. Everything else waits.Sat 26, 20:00 — the last night session of the year on the Palace of Culture terrace.
You land 13:30. Tickets only from the machines in the Main Hall, from 20:00, card only. Sun 27, 12:00 or 16:00 — the final free Chopin concert of the season at Łazienki.
Free, and gone until July. The one unrepeatable thing here. Wed 30 — last chance for the evening climb up St. Anne's tower; the late hours end Sep 30. Thu Oct 1 — 21 museums free citywide, including both POLIN and the Uprising Museum.
⚠️ Two traps. Almost nothing in Warsaw is open past 18:00, so the big museums need
Saturday, the Sunday half-day, or an early finish — not a normal weeknight. And
Tuesday the 29th is a dead day: the Uprising Museum, POLIN, the Vodka Museum and
Fotoplastikon are all shut.
